Sopra Steria in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Junior Service Manager to join the Security Operations Centre. You will support the delivery of SOC services, build relationships with customers, and produce governance documentation and service reports.

The role offers training, progression and flexible working with onsite 3–4 days per week and occasional travel to Farnborough. Applicants should have ITIL Foundation (or be working towards it), experience in service management, and a keen interest in

Competenze

• Understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes.
• Experience producing service reports and management information.
• Stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• ITIL Foundation certification, or a willingness to work towards achieving it.

Mansioni

• Supporting the delivery of Security Operations Centre services against agreed service level agreements, operational targets and customer expectations.
• Building and maintaining positive customer and stakeholder relationships while acting as a key point of contact for service-related activities.
• Producing service reports, dashboards and governance documentation, highlighting risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitoring incidents, risks, problems and service issues, ensuring actions are tracked through to resolution.
• Supporting service reviews, customer onboarding activities and continual service improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with compliance, assurance and governance activities to ensure services remain secure, effective and audit-ready.
