Job summary

Clarendon Infant School (Clarendon Federation) in Tidworth is seeking a warm, creative Teaching Assistant to support children to reach their full potential within our inclusive ethos.

You will help children develop confidence and independence, adapt support to individual needs, and collaborate closely with staff, families and external professionals to promote wellbeing and high expectations for every pupil.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting children's learning, in classroom, small groups, or 1:1.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children to promote confidence and independence.
• Patient, nurturing and flexible approach to meet individual learning and communication needs.
• Commitment to promoting positive behaviour, inclusion and emotional wellbeing.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team with families and professionals.
• Belief that every child can flourish regardless of starting point.

Responsibilities
