Location: Uxbridge
Hours: 37 hours per week, spanning 5 days across a 7-day period. Operational hours: 6am - 9pm.
Salary: £22,000 per annum plus BONUS
About the Role:
As the Welcome Team Advisor, you are the face and voice of our client's promise to potential clients. You will engage, advise, and ensure they receive the best services and products. Your primary goal is to seamlessly onboard new clients, driving revenue through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate and highlight the advantages of our diverse product range.
- Consistently meet KPIs related to conversion rates, activity, and registrations.
- Deliver information in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members, management, internal departments, and external agencies to resolve client inquiries.
- Address objections swiftly, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
- Gather and assess information to address product and service inquiries.
- Elevate the client experience by going the extra mile in service provision.
- Manage inquiries via calls, update client accounts, and handle correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree holder or at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or onboarding role.
- Ability to consultatively explain product offerings, emphasizing benefits and comparing with competitor products.
- Proven resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
