Beams is a technology-enabled home renovation marketplace in East London seeking a Junior Sales Planner to talk with homeowners exploring renovations and guide them toward signing. The average project value sits between £20k and £80k, with sales cycles typically 4–12 weeks.

You’ll join a small, established team and learn a structured sales process. You’ll handle discovery calls, help define projects, manage your pipeline in HubSpot, coordinate with design/build teams, and follow up patiently

Qualifications

• Ability to manage customer anxiety.
• Structured follow-up habits.
• Curiosity about homes, construction, or design.
• Confidence on the phone and on video.
• Comfort with long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery calls and follow-ups with homeowners via phone or video.
• Help customers define their project scope and budget.
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot and log notes from conversations.
• Coordinate with design, build and operations teams.
• Follow up persistently to move deals forward.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
