Job summary

Paint the Town Green in London is seeking a Sales & Estimating Coordinator to join our high-end painting and decorating team. You will handle new enquiries, qualify leads and help prepare quotes from site visits, plans and tender documents.

You will work closely with the Founder & MD, manage HubSpot records, support the sales pipeline and coordinate with design and delivery teams. Training provided; hybrid working with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Good judgement and ability to prioritise enquiries.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently after training.
• Experience in a customer-facing, sales support, administration or coordination role.
• Familiarity with social media applications is a plus.
• Experience using CRM and other business systems is useful.
• HubSpot experience would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries via phone, email, website and other channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally, qualifying leads against criteria.
• Arrange site visits and client meetings for qualified opportunities.
• Prepare accurate quotations and scopes of work from site visit information and plans.
• Maintain HubSpot records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Support with sales coordination and cross‑team information flow.
• Provide administrative support to the sales function and other areas as needed.
