Job summary

The Hadleigh Timber Group is seeking a Sales Executive for the Tilbury depot to join our sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to build a career in sales within a supportive, professional environment.

You will gain experience across customer engagement, sales administration and order management, working closely with the sales team to develop knowledge of commercial activities and customer relationships.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executiveto join the Sales team at our Tilbury depot.

The Role

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with the sales team and customers, developing your knowledge and experience across a range of commercial activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound sales calls and handling inbound customer enquiries
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Supporting customers throughout the order process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Responding to customer enquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Providing administrative support to the wider sales team
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
