Synergy Central Management Ltd in Bolton is seeking a dynamic Junior Recruitment Consultant to liaise with candidates, attract talent, and support end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1–3 years in recruitment or related roles, strong sales and communication, active listening, and willingness to travel for client meetings. You will work with senior consultants to tailor candidate profiles and manage the recruitment lifecycle from first contact to onboarding.

Formación

• 1–3 years experience in recruitment, sales or client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and rapport-building abilities.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business development.
• Foundational knowledge of recruitment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage potential candidates to build a talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening interviews for qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver tailored profiles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from contact to onboarding.
• Maintain records of candidate interactions in the recruitment system.
• Travel to attend career fairs and client meetings.
