• Head hunt, source, and interview specialists using databases and job boards.
• Manage candidate and client pipelines through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Become an expert in your niche by tracking industry trends and talent shortages.
• Hit daily/weekly activity targets and contribute to quarterly billings.
