  3. Drive Business Growth: Identify, nurture, and convert business opportunities into lasting partnerships with leading tech companies.
  4. Act as a Consultant: Guide clients and candidates through every step of the hiring process, becoming their trusted advisor and problem solver.
  5. Achieve Big Wins: Work towards personal and team targets, with uncapped commission that rewards your success.

Who We’re Looking For:

  1. A background in marketing, sales, or business (ideally 1-3 years) but we're open to graduates as well.
  2. A passion for working with people and building strong relationships.
  3. Creative thinking—whether it’s writing a compelling campaign or finding the perfect candidate for a challenging role.
  4. A competitive, goal-driven mindset—you love smashing targets.
  5. Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting yourself to clients and candidates.
  6. Experience with digital tools, platforms, or CRM systems is a bonus.
