They focus on permanent placements in SME accountancy firms across the North East of England. The role involves working five days a week in the office initially, then transitioning to four days a week with one day at home after a probationary period. Flexible start and finish times are available for those needing to do drop-offs for children. They consider recruiters at all career levels and offer a salary between £30k - £50k depending on experience. The company is mature and trusting, providing support, training, and tools to enhance your billing potential. There are no KPIs or micro-management.

Candidate Requirements

You must have at least 12 months of experience in a similar role as a 360-degree billing recruiter, including business development, contract negotiation, sourcing, and candidate placement. You will develop existing clients and win new business.
