Tenth Revolution Group is currently hiring for ambitious and driven people to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Global HQ in Newcastle, just 5 minutes from Central Station!

Your role:

Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant is a very rewarding career – both in terms of career progression and financially.

As a Consultant, you will act as the middleperson between clients needing staff and candidates looking for a job. You will win new clients through outbound business development calls, convincing them that they need to work with you to help them fill their job vacancy! You will also be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates by posting job adverts or using our database, LinkedIn, and job boards, screening these candidates to ensure suitability for the job, and presenting their details to the hiring manager!

Working in recruitment requires motivation, resilience, and drive to succeed, as well as confidence on the phone and a passion for selling!
