Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Cyber Security

Location: Embankment, London

What the Role Looks Like

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at CFG, you’ll work alongside experienced team members to learn the full 360 recruitment process — from sourcing top tech talent to building relationships with innovative cybersecurity startups.

You'll be joining a warm desk with existing clients and live roles to get stuck into from day one. We’ll support your development every step of the way, helping you build your confidence, skills, and knowledge of the industry.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, earn well, and grow their career in a company where culture and progression are everything.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learning how to source, screen, and speak to candidates in the cybersecurity and tech space
• Supporting senior consultants with live roles and client engagement
• Building relationships with clients and candidates (we’ll train you!)
• Writing job ads, managing applications, and coordinating interviews
• Working towards clear and achievable goals with ongoing support
• Having a laugh with a brilliant team along the way
