Proactively identify and engage potential candidates across various channels.
Build and maintain lasting professional relationships through effective networking.
Initiate cold calls to present job opportunities to both active and passive candidates.
Use diverse sourcing techniques to attract high-calibre talent.
Present and promote client vacancies, emphasising unique selling points to secure top candidates.
Meet and exceed weekly KPIs relating to candidate outreach, interviews, and placements.
Engage with potential clients to introduce our services and manage ongoing relationships.
