What you’ll bring:

• Exceptional communication skills – articulate, engaging, and able to tell a compelling story tailored for senior managers and directors in the IT space.
• Fluent English with clear pronunciation and a positive, energetic tone.
• A composed and thoughtful approach to conversations, providing clear, substantial explanations.
• A driven, autonomous, and mature mindset.
• Relevant experience from any of the following:
• Professional sports background
• Entrepreneurial ventures or side hustles
• Sales roles with notable achievements or awards
• Up to 2 years in recruitment, with solid business understanding and proven results
• Academic credentials: minimum B grades across 9 GCSE subjects, demonstrating sharpness and an eagerness to learn the IT sector.
