Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent level of knowledge, training and experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Qualification or development in business administration, healthcare management, finance, project management or service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admin and business processes supporting private Radiology activity.
• Act as a key operational point of contact for private Radiology admin and business enquiries.
• Liaise with Consultant Radiologists, Radiographers, Radiology Nurses and admin teams to coordinate private exams.
• Support the scheduling of private activity across relevant modalities.
• Monitor private patient pathways and identify delays or action needed to keep on schedule.
• Ensure admin processes are completed before private examinations take place.
• Support private Radiology capacity use in line with Trust procedures.
• Identify unused/private capacity and escalate opportunities or concerns.
• Monitor cancellations and delays and assist in improvement initiatives.
