The RoleWe're looking for an organised Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team and take charge of quoting for both our maintenance division and larger works projects. You will produce a high volume of quotes, source materials, and help ensure jobs are profitable and well-managed. You will also play a key role in improving our current quoting systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and timely quotes for maintenance jobs and larger refurbishment projects.
- Review and improve our existing quoting process and documentation.
- Source and order materials at the best value.
- Monitor costs and margins on ongoing projects.
- Liaise with clients and the internal team to clarify job scopes and manage expectations.
- Handle contract documentation, terms, and agreements in line with legal and commercial standards.
- Assist in resolving any pricing-related or contractual disputes quickly and professionally.
- Provide variations, valuations, and support with payment applications.

Required Skills & Experience- Experience as a Junior Quantity Surveyor or Estimator (maintenance, refurb, or construction background).
- Comfortable handling a high volume of estimates with strong attention to detail.
- Confident in improving systems and ways of working.
- Strong commercial understanding and good negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including with clients.
- Proficient in Excel and/or estimating software.
LocationBased in Loughborough Junction, London.
HoursMonday to Friday: 7.30am – 4.30pm
Salary£25,000 – £35,000 DOE
