Kier Construction is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Transportation team in Manchester/Penrith. We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Transportation team based in Manchester/Penrith. In this role, you will assist with all aspects of financial control of a Major Project under NEC4 C.

Location: Manchester/Penrith - remote working available, with travel to the office required
Hours: Permanent, Full-time - 45 hours per week with some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year + £4,750 annual car allowance + benefits

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the team in maximising value, minimising costs, driving profitability, and effectively managing risk, all while ensuring compliance with safety standards and ethical practices across the contract(s) you're involved in.
