Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Civil engineering project experience.

• Good commercial and contractual understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial management of civils projects.
• Work across enabling works, piling and groundworks packages.
• Subcontractor procurement and management.
• Valuations, applications and final accounts.
• Cost reporting and forecasting.
• Managing variations and commercial changes.
• Working closely with the project and operational teams.
