Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Warrington who has around 2-3 years' experience in civil engineering. The role offers exposure to enabling works, piling and groundworks within a growing civils team.

You will support commercial management, manage subcontractors, valuations and cost reporting, and work closely with project teams to deliver value on site. A stable, close-knit office and opportunities to advance your civils career are highlighted in the package.

Qualifications

• Around 2-3 years' Quantity Surveying experience.
• Some previous experience within civil engineering.
• Good commercial and contractual understanding.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the commercial management of civils projects.
• Working across enabling works, piling and groundworks packages.
• Subcontractor procurement and management.
• Valuations, applications and final accounts.
• Cost reporting and forecasting.
• Managing variations and commercial changes.
