Aldwych Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor in Warrington to join a growing civils team. This role offers exposure to enabling works, piling and groundworks, with a chance to build a broad commercial understanding across full construction sequences.

You'll typically have around 2-3 years' experience in quantity surveying and civil engineering, with a proactive mindset to progress your career within a specialist project environment.

Qualifications

• Around 2-3 years' Quantity Surveying experience
• Some previous experience within civil engineering
• Comfortable working within a project environment
• Good commercial and contractual understanding
• Ambitious and keen to develop
• Piling experience is not essential

Responsibilities

• Supporting the commercial management of civils projects
• Working across enabling works, piling and groundworks packages
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Valuations, applications and final accounts
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Managing variations and commercial changes
• Working closely with the project and operational teams
