This company specialises in office fitouts and structural works, delivering projects across retail, education, and leisure sectors. Due to ongoing success and expansion, the company now operates nationwide, handling projects from smaller works valued at £5,000-£20,000 to major projects up to £1 million. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about contributing to the company's growth and eager to gain experience across a variety of projects.

The role is based at the Sheffield office, mainly supporting the delivery of smaller works projects. Responsibilities include assisting with cost planning, contract preparation, attending project review meetings, and handling administrative tasks. You will also help maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. While primarily office-based, there may be occasional travel to project sites, accompanied by a team member.

To qualify, you should be motivated to develop your career as a Quantity Surveyor. This is an office-based role in Sheffield.
