We are currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Biggin Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting

Supporting the senior QS with project valuations and variations

Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients

Monitoring project progress and ensuring cost control

Preparing and analyzing tender documents and contracts

Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials

Excellent numerical and analytical skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred
