Junior Automation QA Engineer

Are you passionate about quality engineering and automation? We're looking for a Junior Automation QA Engineer to join our client and help develop their test automation coverage. You'll work closely with a skilled QA team, contributing to a Python-based automation framework to ensure a smooth, reliable user experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Collaborating with the QA automation team to expand test coverage
2. Writing and maintaining test scripts in Python
3. Using debugging tools to analyze data flows
4. Supporting a high-quality release pipeline through automation
5. Working closely with cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Some experience with QA automation (Python preferred)
• Familiarity with mobile automation tools is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug API or network issues using proxy tools
• Understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and testing methodologies
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative

Please note: This is an initial 12-month contract, deemed inside IR35, requiring hybrid working in London.
