This role offers hands-on learning, direct support from a highly experienced QA mentor, and the chance to contribute to product quality from day one. Youll help ensure platform updates are accurate, high-performing and customer-ready all while building the foundations of a successful QA career.

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting the creation and execution of test plans and test cases
• Performing manual testing across web and mobile platforms
• Logging bugs and assisting developers with issue resolution
• Reviewing and verifying product data and listings across ecommerce platforms
• Documenting QA processes and helping maintain clean test records
• Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improving quality
• Learning industry-standard tools and techniques (including back-end testing)
• Supporting UAT with internal and client teams
