  • Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
  • Triage new issues raised to prioritise and ensure all necessary information is present for resolution.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high standard of written English.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience with manual testing and familiarity with testing tools.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

What we offer you:

Ciphr has a benefits package which has you and your family in mind.

  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Pension
  • Health cash plan
  • Life assurance
  • Technology/home improvements Loans
  • Perks at Work – access to exclusive discounts, cinema tickets, etc.
