QED Legal Recruitment Limited is helping a Top 200 law firm in central Liverpool recruit a junior Property Litigation solicitor with around 1+ year PQE to join a respected team. You will work on a broad caseload with a Partner, Associate Solicitor, Fee Earner and two Paralegals.

The role covers landlord & tenant disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals, leasehold & freehold disputes, forfeiture and related matters, with a structured development plan and clear progression.

Qualifications

• 1+ year PQE in Property Litigation or strong exposure during training contract
• Keen to develop in a High‑quality real estate disputes practice
• Interest in working in a supportive culture with a clear progression route

Responsibilities

• Assist with a broad caseload of landlord & tenant disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals, leasehold & freehold disputes, forfeiture and trespass/possession matters
• Work closely with a Partner, Associate Solicitor, Fee Earner and two Paralegals
• Contribute to case management, research and drafting to support senior lawyers
