Job summary

LR Legal Recruitment is working with a prestigious law firm in London to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor around 4 years' PQE. You will manage a varied caseload of property disputes and contribute to business development.

You'll handle landlord and tenant disputes, rent recovery, possession and forfeiture, easements, and party wall matters. Construction disputes experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Around 4 years' PQE in property litigation required.
• Experience in landlord & tenant disputes and property disputes is preferred.
• Flexible, hybrid working model and clear progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes.
• Advise on rent recovery, possession and forfeiture and easements.
• Assist with business development and growth of the team.

The Opportunity

• Party Wall disputes

Construction disputes experience would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
