The team handles landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals and related matters in a supportive culture with clear progression.

Qualifications

• 1+ year PQE in Property Litigation is preferred.
• Experience with landlord and tenant disputes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle landlord and tenant disputes as part of a specialist team.
• Contribute to dilapidations and lease renewal matters.
• Assist with leasehold and freehold disputes, forfeit, and possession actions.
• Collaborate with partners, associates and paralegals on complex cases.

This is an opportunity to join a Top 200 law firm and Legal 500-ranked Property Litigation team in central Liverpool. Widely regarded as one of the strongest real estate disputes practices in the North West, the firm combines excellent work with a genuinely supportive culture and clear career progression.

You’ll join a team of 10 specialists across two offices, working closely with a Partner, Associate Solicitor, Fee Earner and two Paralegals. The caseload is broad, varied and often complex, covering:

• Landlord & tenant disputes
• Dilapidations
• Lease renewals
• Leasehold & freehold disputes
• Forfeiture
• Trespass claims
• Possession proceedings

The firm is keen to appoint a junior solicitor and can offer a structured development plan with a clear route for progression. Applications are welcome from solicitors with around 1+ year's PQE in Property Litigation, although those who gained strong exposure during their training contract will also be considered.
