Job summary

Bimplus in North London is seeking a Junior Project / Site Manager for a permanent role. The candidate will oversee fast-track CAT A & B fit-out works, coordinating design and build from contract programme onwards and ensuring site logistics are efficient.

The role requires 3–5 years' experience, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications, and the ability to travel within London and Hertfordshire. Competitive salary with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program and manage site from contract programme onwards (design and build)
• Set up site and develop logistics strategy
• Plan and run the project as the number 1
• Daily site management and weekly progress reporting
• Check RAMS, tickets, inductions and benchmarks for approval
• Manage client relationships and nurture existing accounts
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish
• Finish with attention to budgetary limitations

With a turnover of over £20 million, this Main Fit-out Contractor is seeking a Work winnng Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience within fast track fit out CAT A & B and work with some of the most reputable Fit-out Contractors.

Key Duties

• Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build
• Site set up and strategy including logistics
• Planning
• Running the job as a number 1
• Daily site management and Progress reporting weekly
• Check contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductions.
• Check and Approve Benchmarks from contractors
• Manage Client relationships and nurture existing accounts
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish
• Finish with attention to budgetary limitations

Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience must be able to travel into London and Hertfordshire a CSCS, SMSTS & FIRST Aid Site certifications.
