A great opportunity to join an established international manufacturing business as a Junior Project & Product Manager is available for someone with experience in product, project or operations related roles who has a strong desire to develop a career in project and product management. This Is an exciting time to join a new and growing team in the business.

The Junior Project and Product Manager will:

• Help shape the product portfolio and support the delivery of key projects
• Work closely with different teams across the business as well as external stakeholders
• Assist in defining product visions and roadmaps
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis gathering insights and identifying trends
• Gather and review customer feedback
• Monitor product metrics and analyse data to identify product improvement opportunities
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities and tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables to meet deadlines
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project standards

Skills & experience required:

• The role is ideal for someone with a proactive approach, strong problem–solving skills, and a desire to grow within the business
• Educated to A Level or equivalent as a minimum, ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
• Some previous experience working within product or project management teams or operational roles
• A basic understanding of project management principles and an awareness of product development would be a distinct advantage
• Highly organised, great with data and experienced working with Excel or data dashboards and reports

Salary, Hours and Company benefits:

• Up to 39,000 based on experience
• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (office based full time)
