Reach plc is seeking an Associate/Junior Project Manager to join the Product & Technology PMO, supporting lightweight projects and governance in a fast‑paced tech environment. You’ll learn from senior practitioners, manage small initiatives end‑to‑end, and grow your PM skills with room to take on bigger projects.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams, maintain dashboards, and participate in governance, reporting, and PMO operations while developing your career in project management.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on exposure within a project management, PMO, or operations role (preferably within a technology‑led environment or software function).
• Comfortable managing time independently, prioritising tasks in a busy environment, and collaborating virtually across multiple channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Exceptional organisational habits, high data accuracy, and a proactive mindset that flags risks early.

Responsibilities

• Lead lightweight projects end‑to‑end, keeping scope, timelines, and quality aligned using agile PM practices.
• Maintain decision, action, risk, and issue logs; follow up with teams to keep commitments on schedule.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate portfolio health to business leads and executives.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure PMO tools serve as the single source of truth.
• Support PMO operations by refining team admin, handling intake requests, and keeping digital workspaces tidy.
