Job summary

Alexander James Recruiting is currently recruiting a Junior Project Manager for a well-established supplier of warehouse and office space solutions. You will develop knowledge of the racking industry while managing smaller projects across the UK, with progression potential within a rapidly growing sector.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate in construction, PM or engineering, or someone with relevant experience in racking, mezzanines or shopfitting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in construction, project management or engineering related field.
• Experience in racking, mezzanines, partitioning or shopfitting is a plus.
• Full UK driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the racking and storage industry.
• Manage projects to fit customers’ requirements for racking, mezzanine flooring and partitioning.
• Create project plans and liaise with clients throughout the project.
• Oversee cost management and work with installations to maximise efficiency.
• Order materials and book plant for projects.
• Visit sites to liaise with site managers.
