Job summary

Globalpayer is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join the Solution Design & Programme Delivery team and help support delivery that shapes the future of global commerce.

You will coordinate projects from planning through delivery, translating priorities into clear delivery plans and milestones, while working with Product, Technology, Sales, Operations and Service to align dependencies and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Awareness of project management standards and methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).
• Experience organizing project plans, schedules, actions, decisions, deliverables, and resource information.
• Good understanding of timelines, risks, budgets and governance in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from planning through delivery and closure, keeping scope, timelines and quality visible.
• Translate product priorities and roadmaps into clear delivery plans, milestones and next steps.
• Work across Product, Technology, Sales, Operations and Service to align activities and dependencies.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, actions, decisions and change requests, escalating when needed.
• Prepare clear project updates using KPIs, benefits, budget and change control information.
• Contribute to delivery templates, process improvements, launch readiness, handovers and lessons learned.
