Job summary

The White Company is seeking a Junior Project Manager in the Home department to coordinate projects across Home & Fragrance, from brief to handover. You will manage critical paths, align with Buying, Design, Creative, QA, Sustainability, and other teams, ensuring timely decisions and progress.

This hands-on role suits someone with retailer/brand project coordination experience, capable of juggling multiple timelines and priorities while bringing teams together to deliver shared objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or administration within a retail, lifestyle or consumer brand or agency.
• Experience delivering projects from brief through design and approvals to completion.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects across stages.
• Experience maintaining critical paths and dependencies between teams.
• Clear, confident communication across functions including Buying, Design and Creative.
• Ability to chase deadlines, clarify responsibilities and escalate issues when needed.
• Strong attention to detail in managing project information, feedback, actions and approvals.
• Proactive, practical approach with adaptability to changing priorities in a busy department.

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate the packaging critical path and project plans across Home & Fragrance, tracking milestones to final handover.
• Oversee day-to-day progress across a varied portfolio of projects and initiatives; ensure actions and deadlines remain visible.
• Act as central coordinator with Creative and other stakeholders to clarify responsibilities, dependencies and deadlines.
• Help ensure project briefs have clear objectives, scope, deliverables, owners and timings for teams to move forward.
• Schedule packaging reviews and sign-offs; capture feedback and track actions for stakeholder approvals.
• Coordinate timely provision of information, specifications and other requirements for handovers.
• Maintain project trackers and shared files, providing visibility of progress and decisions.
• Flag risks and delays early and suggest next steps to management.
