Job summary

DesignStudioPeople in London is seeking a talented mid-senior project manager to lead a beauty packaging refresh rebrand. The role starts asap and runs through end of January, about five months, with hybrid work and some onsite presence at the London studio.

You will own the project plan and timeline, coordinate stakeholders across copy, design, artwork, regulatory, print and NPD, and drive sign-off with senior stakeholders under a tight deadline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering packaging redesign projects end-to-end.
• Experience in beauty or FMCG preferred.
• Able to manage multiple senior stakeholders and sign-offs.
• Comfortable working under compressed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan and timeline and coordinate milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholders across copy, design, artwork, regulatory, print, and NPD.
• Drive senior sign-off at each stage and mitigate blockers.
• Identify and resolve risks to protect the deadline.

It will involve the ownership of the project plan and timeline; manage and coordinate stakeholders across copy, design, artwork, regulatory, print, and NPD; drive senior stakeholder sign-off at each stage; identify and resolve risks/blockers to protect a tight deadline.

You must have a proven track record delivering packaging redesign projects end-to-end (beauty/FMCG preferred); confident managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders plus senior sign-off; comfortable operating under a compressed timeline.

The role will be hybrid and involve some onsite presence in their London studio.
