Job summary

You will act as a coordination and documentation hub between Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and customers, helping keep delivery on track and ensuring accurate records.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Strong minute-taking, note-taking and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with Jira and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Keen to learn and develop a career in project management.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end lifecycle of service orders under guidance.
• Triage incoming project tickets in Jira and guide missing items.
• Raise installation tickets and coordinate with data centre teams.
• Track order status and validate post-deployment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate project packs and logs.
