Job summary

Beeks Group, based in Renfrew, UK, invites applications for a Junior Project Manager to support end-to-end service order delivery within our cloud/data centre environment. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and customers to keep provisioning and onboarding on track.

This development role runs a structured six-month programme, allowing progression from supporting delivery to independent ownership of standard service orders, while protecting timelines, data accuracy

Qualifications

• Highly organised and detail oriented with ability to juggle priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Strong minute-taking and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing/ITSM tools and Excel for tracking.
• Proactive, reliable and calm under pressure; keen to learn and grow in PM.
• Interest in building a career in project management.
• Awareness of IT infrastructure concepts.
• Exposure to project management principles (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with asset management or inventory tooling (e.g., Nautobot).
• Understanding of ITIL-aligned service delivery and change management.
• Basic commercial awareness—how delivery affects billing and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end service orders under guidance and keep progress on schedule.
• Take clear meeting minutes and circulate action logs promptly.
• Maintain project packs with status, actions, risks and documents.
• Assist resource planning and coordinate engineers, hands, and schedules across concurrent work.
• Translate requirements into a clear Statement of Work with acceptance criteria.
• Support procurement and licensing, verify deliveries and renewals, and communicate with customers.
