Job summary

BGEN Ltd, a major UK multidisciplinary contractor, is seeking an experienced project delivery professional. You will lead project delivery with a steady focus on meeting scope, cost, quality and schedule, and keep programmes, forecasts and reports up to date while being the main client contact.

You’ll guide engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, identify risks early, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Do you have commercial awareness and an understanding of project finances?
• Have you got the ability to manage several projects at once?
• Do you have experience using MS Project, Excel, and key project management tools?
• Do you have proven knowledge of electrical, control, and utility infrastructure work?

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery with a steady focus on scope, cost, quality and schedule goals.
• Keep programmes, forecasts and reports up to date while staying connected with clients as their main point of contact.
• Guide engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring work meets standards and safety expectations.
• Identify risks and opportunities early and put practical plans in place.
• Share progress updates, manage changes smoothly and encourage open, collaborative working with clients and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.
