Job summary

Set2Recruit is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant for a Preston-based MSP delivering IT infrastructure, cloud and security solutions. You will own end-to-end project delivery, from implementation through handover, across server, network, Azure, security and application deployments.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with Sales and Account teams, and attend client meetings to scope requirements, produce TRDs, and guide solutions from the product stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project delivery and technical implementation, preferably MSP.
• Hands-on Azure, Intune and Microsoft 365 experience.
• Experience with network infrastructure; HP/Aruba Central advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and client relationships.
• Strong communication; capable of presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence and passport; willing to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery and technical implementations across server, network, Azure, security and application environments.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinating internal technical resources for on-time delivery.
• Attend client meetings to scope requirements and present technical solutions.
• Produce Technical Request Documents (TRDs) with Sales for right solutions.
• Scope and cost infrastructure solutions and present options to clients.
• Act as senior technical escalation point for complex issues from Service Desk.
• Arrange and lead customer technical reviews and remediation plans.
• Mentor and develop junior technical team members.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and keep stack current with emerging tech.
