Job summary

Propelis, supported by SGX, seeks a proactive project coordinator to back packaging and artwork projects for a major FMCG client. You’ll handle briefs to market launches, coordinating plans, timelines, approvals and stakeholder communications, with travel between Witham and Hemel Hempstead and a hybrid work pattern.

The role offers exposure to packaging operations, artwork delivery, and print production, plus training from an experienced leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Support Launch Delivery Managers in delivering packaging and artwork projects from brief through to market launch.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with production, artwork, and adaptive design teams to keep projects moving.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Manage approval workflows and ensure projects stay on track.
• Attend regular client meetings and site visits in Hemel Hempstead and Witham.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Manage approval workflows and ensure projects stay on track.
• Attend regular client meetings and site visits in Hemel Hempstead and Witham.
• Support print trials and production activities.
• Maintain accurate project, workload, and financial information.
• Contribute to forecasting, resource planning, and ongoing process improvements.
