Here’s what you can expect to do:

1. Plan, resource, and deliver projects for our household-name clients.
2. Manage and motivate our skilled project teams.
3. Take ownership of project documentation, including project plans, reports, RAID logs, RACI matrices, and meeting minutes.
4. Manage project scope, health, and client expectations.
5. Collaborate with the project management capability team to review and improve PMO processes.

What’s needed?

• Excellent communication skills — a real people-person.
• Highly organized, proactive, and a problem solver.
• Enthusiastic about delivering solutions that add value to customers.
• At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination, preferably from an agency, consultancy, or within the Microsoft 365 space.
• Understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies.
