Junior Project Manager | Infrastructure Build | London Hybrid | £40–50k

We’re supporting a fast-growing, well funded infrastructure scale up delivering large scale public projects across the UK.

As they ramp up delivery volumes nationwide, there’s an opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join their build team and play a key role in supporting site delivery across a range of local authority and private land projects.

Location: Central London (3 days a week in the office)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + benefits

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Sector: Infrastructure / Utilities / Public Realm Projects

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting end to end project delivery including planning, design, build, and commissioning stages.
• Coordinating with contractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conducting feasibility checks and flagging any site access, design, or grid connection risks.
• Assisting in programme planning and reporting, working closely with the wider delivery and PMO teams.
• Contributing to safe and compliant site execution in line with Health & Safety regulations.
• Attending sites when required and liaising with both internal teams and external partners.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years’ experience in infrastructure build, utilities, civils, or public land projects.
• Some working knowledge of grid connections, civils (trenching, ducting), or cabinet installations is a plus.
• Comfortable liaising with contractors and third parties, ideally on highways or local authority work.
• Proactive and detail focused with solid communication and coordination skills.
• Based within commuting distance of London with a full UK driving licence.
