THE COMPANY

They provide audio-visual solutions using state-of-the-art equipment, delivering unforgettable experiences for corporate, private, and celebratory events.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Project Manager to join our close-knit team. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients from initial contact, preparing proposals and quotes, managing projects throughout their lifecycle, and post-event evaluation.

• Develop client proposals and quotations
• Manage the sales pipeline efficiently
• Build strong client relationships and guide event planning
• Produce event documentation, including health and safety assessments
• Organize, load, and deliver equipment punctually
• Lead crews, technicians, and suppliers in installation, delivery, and de-rigging of equipment, often working under tight deadlines
• Conduct post-event evaluations for continuous improvement
• Assist senior management with profit analysis and contribute ideas for business growth
