Job summary

Neos Networks is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of customer projects across our network and infrastructure portfolio in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle from scoping through to implementation, handover and completion, with hybrid working 2-3 days per week in the Glasgow office.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of project management principles and best practices.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive with ownership and accountability.
• Desirable telecoms experience and/or telecoms infrastructure exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of customer projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.
• Assist with financial forecasting and project tracking.
• Support risk, issue and escalation management activities.
• Monitor progress and ensure delivery against milestones.
• Provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and best-practice delivery.

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE + Performance-Related Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 37 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll support the successful delivery of a wide range of customer projects across our network and infrastructure portfolio. You'll gain experience across every stage of project delivery, from initial scoping and design through to implementation, handover, and completion.

• Supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects
• Coordinating internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Managing project documentation and reporting
• Assisting with financial forecasting and project tracking
• Supporting risk, issue, and escalation management activities
• Monitoring project progress and helping ensure delivery against agreed milestones
• Providing regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Driving process improvements and supporting best practice project delivery
