Job summary

Neos Networks is hiring a Junior Project Manager in Glasgow. You will join the Projects & Programmes team, supporting delivery across network and infrastructure projects from scoping to handover.

This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle and close collaboration with experienced project managers. The role focuses on learning, coordinating internal teams, managing documentation, and assisting with forecasting and reporting, while working in a fast-paced telecom

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and help ensure milestones are met.
• Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and best-practice project delivery.

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE + Performance-Related Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 37 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll support the successful delivery of a wide range of customer projects across our network and infrastructure portfolio. You'll gain experience across every stage of project delivery, from initial scoping and design through to implementation, handover, and completion.

• Supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects
• Coordinating internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Managing project documentation and reporting
• Assisting with financial forecasting and project tracking
• Supporting risk, issue, and escalation management activities
• Monitoring project progress and helping ensure delivery against agreed milestones
• Providing regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Driving process improvements and supporting best practice project delivery
