Job summary

Riada Resourcing is seeking a Graduate Project Engineer to join a leading manufacturing environment. You'll support project delivery, handle technical troubles, and assist with site utilities and EHS initiatives, gaining exposure in a regulated production facility.

You will work with Engineering and EHS teams to manage projects from concept to completion, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. An early-career engineer with drive will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Chemical or related).
• Recent graduate or early-career engineer aiming to develop in project engineering.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across the site and troubleshoot issues.
• Support and deliver engineering and capital projects from concept to completion.
• Assist with site utilities management, including purified water systems.
• Support preventative maintenance programmes and spares management.
• Maintain engineering documentation and project records.
• Liaise with contractors and external service providers.
• Assist with EHS projects, training and compliance activities.
• Participate in EHS inspections, meetings and risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering and site operations.
• Ensure GMP/GxP, quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and project updates.
