Job summary

Elevate Technology Group in Cramlington is looking for a Professional Services Engineer / Junior Project Engineer to support senior consultants on various IT infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking projects. The role provides hands-on experience and a clear progression into Technical Consultancy and Pre-Sales Engineering, requiring solid infrastructure knowledge and current roles as a 2nd Line Engineer or similar. Qualifications

• Solid IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Currently working as a 2nd Line Engineer, 3rd Line Engineer, or similar.
• Keen to progress into Professional Services / Project Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Gain hands-on experience with VMware and networking solutions.
• Produce technical and project documentation.
• Escalate complex troubleshooting issues.
• Validate solutions with Technical Consultants.
• Develop customer-facing consultancy skills.
• Continue building expertise through training.
