Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in IT, including service desk and infrastructure roles.

• Solid technical foundation in networking, server admin, and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain core infrastructure including networks and cloud environments.
• Monitor and support endpoint and server software.
• Act as an escalation point for helpdesk tickets.
