Job summary

Brellis Recruitment Ltd is currently screening for a Project Coordinator for a well established manufacturer supplying the retail sector. This full-time, office-based role requires you to plan, track and deliver multiple product development projects, coordinating timelines, documentation, meetings and cross-functional communication.

You will maintain schedules and trackers, take accurate minutes, manage actions and keep stakeholders informed while continually seeking improvements to processes

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator/Administrator or similar required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Confident working with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination and delivery of Product Development projects.
  • Maintain project schedules, trackers and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions.
  • Monitor progress and highlight risks or delays.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure project data is accurate in systems.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of project processes and tools.

Job description

Our client is a well established manufacturer and supplier to the retail sector, and they are setting up a brand new Product Development department. They are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join it. The role is permanent, full time and office based.

You will make sure projects are planned, tracked and delivered efficiently, working closely with cross functional teams to keep activity on schedule and stakeholders informed. You will support multiple product development projects, coordinating timelines, documentation, meetings and communication across Design, Procurement, Quality, Suppliers and Sales.

Applications are welcome from all sectors, though the role would particularly suit someone with knowledge of the retail manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

About you
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working with cross functional teams
  • Good attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable, but not essential: experience within Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing or another technical environment.
