Elix Sourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Junior Production Engineer to join our Bristol-based team. The role offers hybrid working, flexible hours and funded training to develop your engineering career.

You will help solve production problems, support process improvements and work with production and engineering colleagues on new products, with a clear development path within the business.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience and a suitable HNC qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG would be useful.
• Practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks, Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement would be an advantage.

Junior Production Engineer - Manufacturing

£30,000 - £33,000 + 5% Bonus + Hybrid Working + Flexible Hours + Training + Benefits

Monday - Friday with an early finish Friday

You'll work with production and engineering colleagues to solve problems, improve how products are made and help bring in new equipment and processes. The Role

The Candidate

• An interest in engineering and manufacturing, with 2-3 years relevant experience and a suitable HNC qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG would be useful.
• A practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks, Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement would be an advantage.

What's on Offer?

• £30,000 - £33,000 plus 5% bonus.

• One day per week working from home after probation, flexible hours and the option to finish at 2pm on Fridays.
